With decades of knowledge and experience in the waterproofing industry, All‑Ways Dry owner Carlos Hernando developed AD-42 - our Signature Formula polyurethane resin - and raised the bar of high pressure crack injection.
High pressure crack injection requires a skilled and experienced technician, so all injections are performed by All‑Ways Dry's owner, Carlos Hernando.
AD‑42 does everything epoxy can't do - and more.
Epoxy is too thick to be injected - the "jake" guns used to inject the epoxy produce about 90 p.s.i., and the epoxy will only reach a few inches into a crack.
AD‑42 was developed specifically for high pressure injections.
Injected at extremely high pressures of up to 6,000 p.s.i., and with a low viscosity of 12 c.p.s., AD‑42 fully penetrates even the deepest cracks all the way through to the foundation's exterior.
Epoxy will not adhere to a wet surface - it won't work in damp or wet conditions, and it can't stop an active leak.
AD-42 is water activated.
AD-42 can be injected into actively leaking cracks, will bond with wet concrete surfaces, and creates a permanent seal with the structure.
Epoxy cures into a hard material - if further movement and/or hydration occurs, the epoxy won't flex with the structure to maintain a seal.
AD-42 remains pliable when cured.
This permanent flexibility allows AD‑42 to move with the structure and maintain a waterproof seal inside the crack, forever.

Our signature High-Pressure Polyurethane Injection process can be done when the surface is wet or dry, allowing immediate and permanent repairs to even active leaks.
This process can also be used to fill large and small cracks in I-beams, swimming pools, honeycombs, and bridge structures. We have experience working in large commercial properties, hotels, and municipal buildings.

Crawl spaces may be out of sight, but they should not be out of mind.
We can cover/seal dirt basement floors and install a heavy vapor barrier (thickness of 21 millimeters) with included matting drain which adds extra protection to keep damaging moisture out of your crawl space and basement. In crawl space walls, we can also apply spray insulation with an R-value of 14 which further insulates your home and helps to keep pesky rodents and insects outside.
As part of crawl space improvement, we can install sump pumps and French drains to continue managing moisture.

All-Ways Dry owner/operator Carlos Hernando has spent his entire career gaining knowledge about the waterproofing industry and creating trusting relationships with his customers.
Home and business owners should feel both comfortable with contractors entering their property as well as confident with the expertise and skill of these craftspeople, so we’d like you to know a little about Carlos.
Carlos came to the U.S. as a young adult in 1991 and was taken under the wing of a generous family that had built its own very successful basement waterproofing enterprise in Michigan. Literally learning from the ground up, Carlos supplied strong labor for the company, performing indispensable tasks while learning first-hand what goes into proper waterproofing and foundation repairs. Over the years, as a result of his growing expertise, Carlos was entrusted with more comprehensive functions within the company. After starting his own business, Carlos has provided expert waterproofing services to homes as well as large commercial structures and municipal buildings, including the Michigan Department of Transportation, Marriott Hotels, Ramada Hotels, and Crowne Plaza Hotels.
Relocating to the Baltimore area in 2015, Carlos remains in close contact with the family that provided him with a path to his career.
